Cooperation visit from our University and Kardemir to South Korea
Rector of the University Dr. Refik Polat and Kardemir A.Ş General Manager Ercüment Ünal went to South Korea to take steps to strengthen university-industry cooperation.
Within the scope of his visit to South Korea, the successful cooperation model between Pohang Iron and Steel Company (POSCO) and its affiliated Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) were examined on site and technical observations were made. In the scope of this visit, some leading universities such as Pohang University of Science and Technology and Kwangwoon University have collaborated with various faculty and student exchange programs as well as various fields.
